Meet the Team

  • Glenn Jabaay

    Glenn brings extensive experience across retail, hospital, nuclear, long-term care, home infusion, and specialty pharmacy, and a wealth of knowledge to his role as Pharmacist-in-Charge at Vital Care of Crown Point. He is responsible for the overall operation and management of the pharmacy and ensuring that every patient receives safe, effective infusion medication therapy.

    Glenn earned his BS in Pharmacy from Ferris State University and his PharmD from the University of Illinois at Chicago. His diverse background also includes time spent as a Competency Assessment Programs Manager at NABP, further sharpening his expertise in pharmacy practice and patient safety.

    In his spare time, Glenn enjoys spending time with his wife and their four dogs, watching baseball and hockey, fishing, and exploring new travel destinations.

  • Scott Yilk, M.D

    Co-owner of Vital Care of Crown Point. Dr. Scott has over twenty years’ experience in some of the busier Emergency Departments in the Chicago area and is currently an Emergency Room doctor in Naperville. He is also co-owner of IVmenow during its first month of launching in 2012 and has been integral to implementing and maintaining the systems, processes, and protocols for IVme’s growing menu of services. This business gave him a great deal of knowledge in infusion therapy.  Dr. Scott graduated from Hastings College and the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine. He attended UIC residency for Emergency Medicine. He lives in Naperville with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, golf, fishing and hunting.

  • Neil Morandi, M.D

    Co-owner of Vital Care of Crown Point. Dr. Morandi is the Chief Executive Officer for IVme. Neil was co-founder of MedExpress Urgent Care, the largest urgent care company in the U.S., privately operating 141 centers in multiple states when it was acquired by Optum/United Healthcare in 2015. Neil is board-certified in emergency medicine, holds a BS degree in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Doctoral of Medicine from Temple University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine from West Virginia University. Neil’s extensive knowledge and experience from growing a medical services organization from one to 141 centers is invaluable for Vital Care of Crown Point success, setting a course for continued growth, and fostering the right culture for employees and customer success. In his spare time, Neil enjoys fly fishing, golf, and cooking.

  • Joia D. Warner PharmD, MBA

    Joia brings over a decade of extensive experience in pharmacy, her career showcases a proven ability to optimize patient care in diverse settings, from retail management,  long-term care, to inpatient, specialty pharmacy and specialized oncology/infusion environments. My expertise extends to strategic planning, financial oversight, and staff leadership, consistently aligning clinical operations with business objectives while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance.

    Joia earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Masters in Business Administration from Purdue University. Her diverse background includes time spent in retail and long-term care management, oncology specialty pharmacy, oncology outpatient infusion, as well as prior authorization and reimbursement specialty.

    In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and dog alex, attending sporting events, serving at her church and golfing.

  • Tim Rachoy | Account Executive

    Tim is an innovative business development leader with a consistent track record of top performance in business development and sales. Tim brings a wealth of experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, biotech, and pharmaceutical sales where relied heavily on his clinical background and strong market analytics and business development strategy. Tim consistently demonstrated his ability to be in the Top 5% of each of his company’s salesforce throughout his career. Most recently, he earned the prestigious award of President’s Club as a Top Sales Executive. He attributes his years of success to his passion of wanting to help people and keeping patients he is helping front of mind.

    He brings over 10 years of experience and knowledge that he gained from his time working at Coram/CVS, Optum Specialty, and GSK/ViiV where he was a leader at building strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders in order to drive business growth, gain market share, and maximize top line revenue. At Vital Care of Crown Point, Tim will be responsible for the overall market strategy, growth and success of the pharmacy ensuring that every business relationship is an opportunity to help someone in need and bring a patient home.

    Tim earned his BS in Kinesiology at Indiana University-Bloomington, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Governors State University.

    Tim lives in Crown Point with his wife and two young kids. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children coaching baseball, soccer, camping, and sharing his passion of fishing with his son.
