Vital Care of Crown Point is a licensed infusion pharmacy with USP 797- compliant sterile compounding facility. We provide specialty infusion medications, nutritional support, infusion pumps and medical supplies. We are supported by the resources of Vital Care inc, which is providing high-tech infusion services throughout the United States with over 70 locations. Our staff provides comprehensive infusion therapy management to patients in their own homes and our state-of-the-art infusion suites. As part of our management service, we also act as a liaison to physicians. We also provide free home delivery.

History of
Vital Care
Vital Care Of Crown Point, is established in 2024 to provide a comprehensive scope of high-quality parenteral and enteral therapies for stabilized patients in the home setting and our state-of-the-art ambulatory care Infusion suites.
We are the franchise of Vital Care inc. which was established in 1986 and has a network of over seventy-five providers located throughout seven teen states., Vital Care Of Crown Point is able to provide prompt service for patients. All services are centrally directed by Vital care Of Crown Point's Coordination Center to the Vital care Of Crown Point. All services are rendered by Vital care Of Crown Point, assuring the highest quality of care, comfort and convenience to the patients and their families. This allows patients and their families' immediate access to the provider for questions and concerns regarding the prescribed therapy and treatment.
By utilization of highly professional staff, response time for the initiation of therapies, changes of therapies, the evaluations of therapies, and/or the correction of difficulties with therapies is greatly reduced. Vital care Of Crown Point provides answers to patients' concerns and provides on-going monitoring on a clinical basis of patient therapies.
Vital care Of Crown Point professionals can coordinate the provision of any ancillary services required by the patients. As always, Vital care Of Crown Point will monitor all services provided for cost-effectiveness, professionalism, effectiveness of therapy, and quality of life.

As your community home infusion pharmacy, Vital Care of Crown Point’s responsibility is to prepare your medications under sterile conditions in our preparation rooms, also called 'clean rooms', dispense all of the necessary supplies that you and your nurses will need to give the medication, dispose of your medical waste and provide professional pharmacy consultation on the use and monitoring of the medication the doctor has prescribed. Many times, our pharmacists, physicians, or dieticians are involved in monitoring patient's lab results and suggesting changes in therapy to your healthcare provider.

Many patients are taught to give their own medication and learn to do it easily and safely. However, in many situations’ nurses from a community home health agency are involved. They come to your home as needed to administer the medication for you.
